Hyderabad: Political circles in Andhra Pradesh are buzzing with reports of back-channel talks between YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on a possible pre-poll alliance.
Sources close to both parties say the talks are aimed at presenting a united front against the TDP-led NDA government ahead of the 2027 state Assembly elections.

An alliance between Jagan and Pawan Kalyan would consolidate a significant vote-bank in Kapu and Reddy-dominant constituencies, creating a formidable challenge for the ruling alliance.
