The AP High Court complex at Nakklagutta is 71% complete, while the Navyandhra Assembly and Secretariat complex has cleared the 68% milestone. Both are on schedule for handover by Q2 2027.
An estimated one lakh direct and indirect jobs are expected from the Amaravati development, and commercial real-estate valuations in the precinct have risen 35% over the past 12 months.
CM Naidu stressed that Amaravati would serve not just as a capital but as a template for sustainable urban development, with solar micro-grids and treated-water recycling systems built in from the ground up.
